Taking Coimbra’s historic atmosphere as its starting point, this bedroom — designed for a student and researcher — draws inspiration from the city’s rich cultural character. Its eclectic language unfolds through the harmonious layering of textures, materials, and references, creating a space that feels both authentic and deeply personal.

Against a serene and refined backdrop, the presence of ultramarine blue — intense and contemplative — emerges. More than just a decorative element, it asserts itself as an artistic gesture capable of defining this space’s identity, bringing rhythm, emotion, and uniqueness to the scene.

Straddling the line between classic and contemporary, the space stands as a functional and, above all, comfortable refuge, designed to help one unwind amid the demanding pace of academic life.
